I. Equipment Overview

Centrifugal spray drying is a widely used process in liquid forming. It is suitable for producing powdered and granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and paste-like liquid raw materials. Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density, and particle shape of the finished product need to meet certain standards, centrifugal spray drying is an ideal drying process.

II. Equipment Features

1. Fast drying speed. After atomization, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased. During contact with hot air, 95% to 98% of the moisture evaporates instantly. The drying time is only a few seconds, making it particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

2. The product has good uniformity, fluidity, and solubility. Liquid materials can be directly dried into powder without the need for crushing or sieving after drying, with consistent moisture content and particle size.

3. The control system features a human-machine interface, with a simple production process and easy operation. The speed of the atomizer is adjusted by a frequency converter.

4. The equipment is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, complying with GMP requirements.

5. Heat sources can include steam, thermal oil, gas, fuel oil, electricity, coal, etc.
